Photography

This package includes three hours of professional photography coverage. Your photographer will begin by capturing the beautiful moments as you prepare for your wedding in your accommodation at Peppers Convent, documenting the anticipation and excitement as you get ready for the ceremony.

Photography continues through the full ceremony, followed by a relaxed photo session for just the two of you around the beautiful Circa and Convent grounds. Your photographer will also capture natural moments with your guests as you move into your celebratory dining experience.

You will receive your high resolution digital images through a private online gallery, available for convenient download and sharing.

Ceremony at Circa 1876

Your ceremony takes place on site at the beautiful Circa Hunter Valley. Surrounded by gardens and historic architecture, it provides an elegant and relaxed setting for your wedding.

The ceremony includes guest seating and a complimentary glass of sparkling wine for each adult following the ceremony so everyone can celebrate the moment together.

Accommodation

Your experience includes two nights’ accommodation for the couple at the beautiful Convent Hunter Valley, with breakfast included each morning.

Originally built in the early 1900s, The Convent is one of the Hunter Valley’s most distinctive boutique stays. The heritage building has been thoughtfully restored, showcasing its elegant architecture, high ceilings and original design features while offering a relaxed and refined atmosphere.

Set among vineyards and manicured gardens, The Convent provides a peaceful and character filled place to stay, with the renowned Circa dining just steps away. It is the perfect setting to unwind, celebrate and enjoy your time in the Hunter Valley.

Celebrant

Your ceremony will be delivered by an experienced celebrant who will work with you to create a heartfelt and personal ceremony that reflects your relationship. All legal documentation and ceremony preparation is included so the process feels seamless from start to finish.

Guest Seating

Your ceremony includes guest seating on the venue’s beautiful white garden benches, creating a relaxed and charming setting for your guests to enjoy the moment.

Florals

Your package includes a premium fresh bouquet and boutonniere designed in house to reflect your style and aesthetic preferences.

Audio & Set Up

An audio system is provided for your ceremony playlist. Our team manages the entire setup and pack down ensuring a seamless and relaxed experience from start to finish.

Champagne Toast

Share a beautiful post ceremony toast with F champagne provided for the two of young all your guests to enjoy immediately after your vows.

Private Dining Celebration

Following your ceremony and photographs, you and your guests will move into your private dining room at Circa 1876 to continue the celebration together.

This intimate dining experience includes a beautifully prepared three course meal served in your own private dining space, allowing you and your guests to relax and enjoy a long celebratory lunch or dinner in a warm and elegant setting.

Additional Information

An optional three hour beverage package can be added for an additional $65 per person to the package price.

Alternatively, drinks can be ordered on consumption and paid directly to the venue.

Content Creation

For an additional investment of $950, for 3 hours a dedicated content creator will capture the natural, behind the scenes moments of your wedding day. From candid moments while you are getting ready to the atmosphere of your ceremony and celebration, these clips beautifully document the experience as it unfolds.

Within 24 hours, you will receive a curated collection of ready to share video content, perfect for Instagram and social media, allowing you to share the excitement of your wedding day almost immediately.
