Planner & Co-ordinator
We work with you in a thoughtful and personalised way to bring together every element of your day, ensuring each detail feels intentional and beautifully aligned with your vision. Throughout the planning process we are there to guide you, manage the logistics and ensure you can enjoy the experience feeling completely relaxed and cared for.
Celebrant
Choose one of our trusted resident celebrants to conduct your ceremony. You will experience a heartfelt and personalised service as you exchange your vows and celebrate your marriage in an intimate and meaningful way. Our celebrant will also take care of all legal requirements and paperwork, including lodging your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), preparing the required declarations and providing your commemorative certificate on the day.
Photographer
This package includes two hours of photography coverage, capturing your full ceremony as well as a dedicated portrait session afterwards. Your high resolution digital images will be delivered through an online gallery for convenient download, with up to 80 fully retouched photographs included.
Ceremony Seating
We provide elegant seating arrangements for up to ten guests, allowing you to share your ceremony with your closest family and friends while keeping the experience intimate and personal.
Florals & Styling
The package includes a personalised fresh floral bouquet and boutonniere, designed in-house to reflect your unique style. Flower varieties may vary depending on seasonal and market availability. As part of the ceremony styling, a luxe ceremony rug and a refined signing table with two chairs are also included to create a beautifully styled setting.
Location
You can enjoy all the inclusions at a location of your choice, which will be discussed and organised with your planner and coordinator. Upon enquiry, we will also provide a list of recommended locations that we are able to use free of charge. Please note that certain locations may require a council permit, which may incur an additional cost.
Audio & Set Up
We provide an audio system for you to play your personally curated playlist, helping to create a beautiful atmosphere for your ceremony. Our team will take care of all set up and pack down, ensuring everything runs seamlessly on the day.
Champagne Toast
Celebrate the moment after your ceremony with a champagne toast for yourselves and your ten guests, allowing you to savour the occasion together before your celebrations continue.
